If you are having trouble submitting your form please follow the steps below.
Do you use a desktop e-mail application such as Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, or Mail?
Or do you use an Internet Service E-mail such as Yahoo or Hotmail?
If you use a desktop e-mail application.
Make sure your e-mail application is open before you click the Submit button
It may pop up a screen like this…
Select Desktop Email Application
A new e-mail message screen should open up, it may say the following message
Form Returned: K9_boarding.pdf
The attached file is the filled-out form. Please open it to review the data.
All you need to do it click Send, unless you want to add a personal message for us.
If these steps do not work, you can try the steps listed under the Internet E-mail application. Or just print off the document and bring it with you when you drop off your pet for boarding.
If you use an Internet Service E-mail.
Click Submit
It may pop up a screen like this…
Choose Internet Email
It should pop up a Save As box
Look to see where it is saving the document, so you are able to find it later
Login to your Internet E-mail account
In the To: box type
This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
Find the attach file option in your e-mail and attach the document you just saved.
Click Send
If these steps do not work just print off the document and bring it with you when you drop off your pet for boarding.
